Fine and Stylish Stay!
excellent architecture friendly staff
The hotel architecture and facilities are excellent. The hotel is perfectly maintained and super clean. I enjoyed access to the villa lounge that includes afternoon tea and breakfast. All staff at the lounge are friendly.
The hotel is isolated and there is nothing else to walk to from there. I needed to hire a driver to go anywhere nearby. The resort provides almost no entertainment and shopping outside of the resort shop.

The staff was polite and always full of smiles. They were efficient and helpful with all requests. The hotel service.

The food options are excellent with plenty of variety. Menus offer many options. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. The cocktails at the roof top bar were delicious.

nice stay with really good service
efficient buggy service wide cuisine variety unique dining experience
I stayed for five nights and found the buggy service very efficient. It was readily available for transport throughout the resort. the breakfast at pala offered wide varieties of cuisines and i especially liked the attentive service from the staff. koral restaurant was also a highlight. I enjoyed the unique dining experience.
The light controls in my room were not clearly marked. It took some time to figure out which switch controlled which light. this was a minor inconvenience.

the staff were very warm and professional with a nice experience. i found the service in the villa lounge especially lovely. they were always attentive and ready to assist with any requests and needs.

The resort offers buggy services for easy transportation around the premises. there is also the koral restaurant, a unique dining experience. Its ambience is very special. the overall cleanliness of the hotel is top notch!

The hotel has direct access to a well-kept beach area. the beach is clean and provides a serene environment. it felt very private. It was well kept though the beach could have better facilities.

The grand beautiful room king was spacious. it had a nice sitting area. the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the pool felt slimy. algae was present there. the rusty kid's slide needed repairs. the reef beach club was grubby and uninviting, it was disappointing.
